I did bootcamp a few years back- this was when i used to pump iron and run a 7 minute mile. Now I stroll and lift my lady weights. Sigh…… I’m a wimp.
Girl, I’ve never run a 7 minute mile in my life…not even in junior high, when they used to force us to run a mile every Friday. I don’t believe the “wimp” comment either, you could beat up Carter with those guns!
